Would be used Yoast SEO plugin. Would send you instructions for future content uploading with SEO compatibility as well like images alt text etc.
5) Creating dynamic Site map in xml.
6) Setting up analytics and google webmaster.
7) Limit login attempts to 10.
8) Optimize images minify JavaScript files and CSS using plugins to maximize page load speed.
9) Installation of Wp Super cache plugin to Improve server response time.
10) Basic customizations Color Scheme, Font size, Font family and other small customizations included.
